Polymodus is proprietary software, but it is built with and may distribute third-party and open-source components. Those components are not relicensed as proprietary Polymodus Technology. They remain subject to the copyright notices, licence grants, attribution requirements, source-availability requirements, and other terms supplied by their respective licensors.
Licence boundary
The Polymodus Software License applies only to Polymodus Technology owned or licensed to POLYMODUS PTE. LTD. on terms that permit us to apply that licence. Where a third-party component is supplied under its own open-source or other licence, that component's licence controls for that component.
Release-specific notices
The exact dependency set can change between browser, desktop, WebAssembly, server, SDK, and other releases. The authoritative third-party inventory for a particular release is therefore the licence and software-bill-of-materials material shipped with, generated for, or otherwise identified by that release. Those release-specific materials should include the component name, version, applicable licence identifier or notice, and required licence text where the upstream terms require it.
Examples of third-party technology
Depending on the release, third-party technology can include the Tauri framework used by the desktop application, the Rust and WebAssembly ecosystem libraries used by simulation runtimes, and web libraries used by the browser application. References to a third-party project do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or ownership by POLYMODUS PTE. LTD..
No reduction of upstream rights
Nothing in the Terms of Service, proprietary source notice, or Software License is intended to remove rights that an upstream third-party licence grants you for that third-party component. Likewise, ownership of Customer Content or Generated Output does not remove third-party licence obligations that independently apply to material contained in that content or output.
Notice corrections
If you believe a required third-party copyright or licence notice is missing or inaccurate, contact POLYMODUS PTE. LTD. at support@polymodus.sg and identify the component and release involved. We will investigate the applicable distribution and correct the release notice where required.
